Summer time is almost over, but never is too late to continue doing something interesting before back to school.

If you are around Minnesota, you may know that there are lot of tons of fun and events around the state. Some of them with great significance are the Minnesota state Fair and the Renaissance Festival.



Considered one of the biggest fairs in the country, the 2011 Minnesota State Fair runs from August 25th to September 5th, and brings tons of fun related with Minnesota’s agriculture, art and industry, and why not with people folklore.

The fair is more than a show case of Minnesota, there you have the chance to be witness of different competitions and contest, enjoy music play on live, have a great laugh with the talent contest, observe parades, enjoy food, play some games, etc.

The admission costs are: Adults (13-64): $12, seniors (65 & over): $10, Kids (5-12): $10, Children (Under 5): Free
